File Submission

Digital Images
Digital images can be emailed or sent on disk. The higher the quality, the better the final result will be.

If you want to send us your file electronically, please include it in an e-mail attachment with the following information
First Name
Last Name
E-mail address
Address
Post Code
Telephone number

Please include a reference name and number unique to your order in the "Subject" field of your email to assist in identification.
We will need a faxed or printed out copy of your artwork so that we can verify your art opens properly on our system.
We will also need the output size of the final laser etched product.

Digital camera specifications
1.3 megapixel camera or better
Minimum 1280 x 960 pixel resolution or better (the higher the pixel resolution, the better the final result), saved as a JPEG High file format.

Scanner setting
Should be 300 dpi if the image is the same size or larger than the final etching.
If the image is smaller than the etching, please use as large a dpi setting as possible.
When emailing the image save it as a JPEG with as high a quality setting as possible.
When mailing a CD it can be saved as a TIF format.

Video cameras
Digital images from video cameras are often too compressed or at too low a resolution to give a good result.

If we have any doubts about the image, we will contact you before we use it.
